抗褐飞虱两系杂交稻不育系Bph68S及其组合两优234的选育
Breeding and Utilization of Hybrid Rice Liangyou 234 and NMS Line Bph68S Resistance to Brown Planthopper
【摘要】 利用优良两系不育系广占63-4S为母本人工去雄与具有高抗褐飞虱材料进行杂交,多代回交,结合分子标记辅助选择技术,成功选育出败育彻底、配合力强、并具有褐飞虱抗性的新不育系Bph68S,并利用Bph68S配组选育出抗褐飞虱杂交水稻新组合两优234.两优234生育期短(全生育期在128d左右)、优势强,稻米外观品质好、食味佳,主要理化指标达到国标三级优质稻谷质量标准;在2006年和2007年飞虱大发生年份表现出良好的抗性,田间未发现明显病害.
【Abstract】 Recently,we successfully bred a new sterile line Bph68S comes from the Guangzhan 63-4S,two-line sterile rice,by the strategy of marker-assisted selection and identification with feeding brown planthoppers in the field.The Bph68S presents excellent agronomic characters,such as completed male sterility,exerted stigma for better outcrossing and resistance to brown planthopper.Using the Bph68S,a combination Liangyou 234 was bred and presented outstanding features: the whole growth period of Liangyou 234 is 128 days.The grain good quality of Liangyou 234 was validated as grade Ⅲ by the national ministry of agriculture in china.Furthermore,the Liangyou 234 contains a good resistance to the brown planthopper in 2006 and 2007,which suggests a broad application prospects in the future.
