【摘要】 综合项目交付(IPD)模式涵盖了"集成"、"精益"以及"合作"的理念,可为传统项目管理模式下存在的超预算、工期延误和工作效率低等弊病提供解决思路。在探讨传统建设模式与IPD模式区别的基础上,阐述了项目管理模式的发展、IPD的概念以及IPD的实施原则,分析了IPD建设项目生命周期划分、IPD建设项目与传统模式建设项目在实施流程以及项目各参与方介入时间上的区别。构建了以BIM为基础的IPD信息策略以及信息策略中的七个基础模型。提出了以业主方、设计方、施工方以及其他项目关键参与方等多方合同为基础的IPD组织策略,明确了组织策略中单一目标实体(SPE)的主要工作内容,最终建立了基于BIM和多方合同的IPD协同管理框架,为IPD模式在我国的应用和IPD协同管理的后续深入研究提供了理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing modes of project management have many shortcomings,such as cost overrun,time overrun,low work efficiency and so on,while IPD which concluded the ideas of integration,lean and cooperation provides solutions for the malady of traditional modes.Based on the differences between traditional modes and IPD mode,the development of the project management mode,the definition and implementation principle of IPD was explained,moreover,the different implementation stages and the different intervention time of each party between IPD and traditional mode were analyzed.IPD information strategy based on BIM and seven basic models of information strategy were established.IPD organizational strategy based on multi-party agreement was proposed,the mainly job contents of SPE were analyzed.The IPD cooperative management framework based on BIM and multi-party agreement was established.The findings reported in this paper are expected to provide theoretical foundation to the application of IPD in China and the thorough research of IPD cooperation management.更多还原
