【Abstract】 The federal register of the Race to the Top—District Competition Program(RTTDCP)marks the new trend of the strategy of U.S.fundamental education reform—"the Race to Top" from state level to district level.The program,through designing a personalized learning environment,makes focus on the reform between teaching and learning at the classroom level to improve student achievement and educator effectiveness.Its ultimate goal is to promote basic education equilibrium and to make every child receive the world-class public education they deserve in America.Based on the analysis of RTTDCP,the paper presents the important contents of RTTDCP—establishing the selection criteria,arranging the priority level,setting the eligibility requirement and setting the application requirement.更多还原
