芹菜素与核酸作用机制的研究
Study on the Mechanism of Apigenin and DNA
【摘要】 主要通过电化学方法、紫外-可见分光光度法等方法研究了芹菜素与fsDNA的作用方式,并计算了两者的结合数和结合常数。实验结果表明,芹菜素与fsDNA之间存在着静电作用,这在盐效应、磷酸盐效应的实验中又得到了进一步的证明,二者发生作用后生成了一种电活性较高的新型复合物。同时求得fsDNA与芹菜素的结合数是4,结合常数K=1.31×104L/mol,这对于药物的开发及临床应用具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly researched the interaction of apigenin and fsDNA by electrochemical methods(cyclic voltammetry,square wave voltammetry),UV-vis spectrophotometry,and so on.And the binding number and binding constant were calculated.The experiment results show that there is electrostatic interaction between apigenin and fsDNA.This has been further proved by the effect of salt and phosphate.It produces a new compound with a higher electrical activity after they roled.At the same time,we obtain that the binding number is 4and the binding constant is 1.31×104L/mol.It had some reference value for the development and clinical application of drugs.
