【摘要】 目的:改进医院药品采购的合理性、科学性。方法:综合影响药品采购计划的因素,利用ABC分类法对药品进行分类,再利用移动平均法原理建立药品采购计划模型。结果:由该模型确定的采购计划,既保证药品供应、减低库存量,又加速医院资金周转,提高药库管理水平和工作效率。结论:优化了医院药品库存管理,加强质量管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the rationality and scientificalness of drug purchasing in the hospital.Methods:To consider many factors impact on the drug purchasing scheme comprehensively,classify medicine by ABC classification and establish model for hospital drug purchasing scheme by making use of moving-average method.Results:The hospital drug purchasing scheme ensures the drug supply and reduces inventory,while speeds up the cash flow of hospitals and improves the efficiency and level of drug storage management.Conclusion:It optimizes hospital drug storage management and enhances quality control.更多还原
