【摘要】 目的:探讨我国在医疗机构中实施药事服务费的难点与对策。方法:通过文献研究、实地调研和专家咨询分析,提取相关问题及观点。结果:当前我国医疗机构实施药事服务费尚存在概念模糊、收费方式不统一、分配补偿机制不完善、成本测算困难等问题,需要从明确性质、完善支付与补偿机制、加强宣传、依法监管、调整技术服务标准等方面创造条件。结论:药事服务费作为取消药品加成后医院收入的一种补偿渠道,对于医改的有效推行具有至关重要的影响,必须认真考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the difficulties and counter measures of the implementation of the pharmaceutical service fee in Chinese medical institutions.Methods: Throuth using literature research,field research and expert information analysis,related problems and opinions are chosen.Results: Some problens,in cluding unclear concept,different charge method,unperfect allocation and compensation mechanism and difficult cost calculation,etc,still exist in the implementation of the pharmaceutical,service fee in China,Some aspects should be improved,including clarifying characteristics,perfecting allocation and compensation system,doing more on publicity,supervising according to the law and adjusting techonological serivce standards,ect.Comclusion: As one of the compensation methods,after the cancel of druh price addition pharmaceutical service fee has the important on the medical and health reform,and is worth thinking.更多还原
