伺服系统特性测试分析平台设计
Design on Testing and Analyzing Platform for Servo System Characteristics
【摘要】 针对全数字伺服系统特性的在线测试和分析要求,本文简要介绍了伺服系统性能评价指标,阐述了能够反映伺服系统稳定性、准确性、快速性的测试方法,重点分析了伺服特性测试分析平台的实现流程,包括基于LabVIEW的上位机功能分析和界面设计、伺服系统测试功能在伺服驱动中的嵌入实现。最后,实验结果验证了测试分析平台设计的可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to design an online testing and analyzing platform for all-digital servo system,evaluation indexes of servo system performance were introduced briefly,and test methods of system characteristics including stability,accuracy and rapidity were described. Focused on implementation of the testing and analyzing platform,including function and interface design built by LabVIEW in PC and the embedding of the test module in servo system. The experimental results were done to verify the testing and analyzing scheme valid.
