水冷感应电机不同运行状态下的稳态温度场分析

【摘要】 针对微型电动车用电机额定电流大导致的温升高问题,建立水冷感应电机三维稳态温度场有限元模型。计算了电机额定负载运行温升稳定时,定、转子的温度分布;计算不同负载运行时电机定子轭部及绕组温度变化。由分析结果可见,温升稳定后,转子导条温度最高,转子区域温升高于定子区域;随着电机运行转矩、转速的增加,电机各部分温升随之增大。搭建了电机温升实验平台,所得实验结果与数值计算结果对比,验证了所建模型的合理性。

【Abstract】 According to the high temperature rising problems are mainly caused by large current of motor used for mini electric vehicles when it is operating with full loads,a finite element model for the three-dimensional static temperature field of the water-cooled induction motor was established.Temperature distribution of the stator and the rotor in the motor under rated load was calculated when temperature rising was steady.The temperature rising of the stator yoke and the stator winding was analyzed when motor was operating in different loads.After the temperature reached steady,it was shown that the highest temperature rising was located in the rotor,the temperature rising of the rotor regions was higher than the stator regions.With increasing of the motor torque and speed,so was the motor temperature rising.Temperature rising experiments were conducted on a motor prototype.The numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,the accuracy of simulation result is testified.
