用改进的SPIHT算法实现遥感图像压缩
Compression of Remote Sensing Image Based on Improved SPIHT
【摘要】 遥感图像纹理复杂,采用传统的SPIHT算法进行图像压缩编码存在运算量大、效率低、压缩率不高,压缩后仍有很大的编码冗余等缺陷。根据遥感图像小波变换后系数的特点改进算法,对高低频分量采用不同的编码方法,且对SPIHT算法的运算流程进行改进,得到一种更有效的编码方法。通过实验仿真证明,该算法各方面的性能均明显优于原算法。
【Abstract】 Because of the large calculation,the low coding speed and the coding redundancy of SPIHT algorithm,the original algorithm is improved for remote sensing image.According to the wavelet transform coefficient of remote sensing image,different coding methods are used in the low frequency and the high frequency separation by the improved algorithm.The operational process of original SPIHT is improved to get a more efficient coding method.The experimental data show that the performance of the reconstruction image conducted by the improved algorithm is better than the original one.
