【摘要】 目的回顾性分析克罗恩病(CD)患者的临床特点,提高对本病的认识。方法对55例确诊的CD住院患者的临床表现、实验室检查、内镜及组织病理学表现、CT/MRI影像学资料等进行统计学分析。结果 55例CD患者,男35例,女20例,年龄9～79岁,平均年龄(41.4±16.7)岁,其中10～30岁占30.91%,40～60岁占49.09%。病程1 d～13年(中位病程10.4个月)。小肠病变32例(58.18%)、回-结肠多发病变13例(23.64%)、大肠病变10例(18.18%)。最常见的症状是腹痛33例(60.00%)、大便异常28例(50.91%)。23例(41.82%)患者有肠外表现或肠外伴发病,17例(30.91%)出现肠梗阻等并发症。24例接受肠道CT或MRI检查的患者中19例有阳性发现。18例(32.1%)误诊。结论 CD缺乏特异性表现,容易误诊,需认真鉴别,显像清晰的肠道CT或MRI可以提供比较丰富的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the main clinical characteristics of Crohn’s disease(CD).Methods The clinical features,laboratory findings,endoscopic and histological manifestations,CT/MRI imaging were investigated retrospectively in 55 CD patients.Results 55 patients(male 35,female 20) with a mean age of(41.4±16.7) years old and a median coure of 10.4 monthes were included in this study.The CD lesion located at the small intestine in 32(58.18%) patients,and at the colon in 10(18.18%) patients,13(23.64%) patients had multiple ileocolonic lesions.The common symptoms in CD patients were abdominal pain(60.00%),and bowel dysfunction(50.91%).23(41.82%) patients had extra-intestinal manifestations,and 17(30.91%) intestinal obstruction.Of 24 cases received CT or MRI scan,19 showed positive results.18(32.1%) patients were misdiagnosed.Conclusion The CD patients usually showed no specific manifestations,and were easily misdiagnosed.Bowel CT/MRI scans may provide more useful informations for its diagnosis.更多还原
