【摘要】 从航空发动机涡轮叶片、大型复杂钛合金精铸件、近净形薄壁铝合金精铸件、工业燃气轮机叶片、汽车发动机涡轮增压器等5个方面论述了精密铸造的重要性。当前,我国正面临相关领域高速发展的大好时机,在可预见的未来,精密铸造仍然是上述产品成型的主要方法,从而给高端精铸件带来极好的发展机遇。与此同时,由于现存的体制、机制,企业自身的管理水平,以及面对技术挑战等多方面因素的制约,面临的挑战也极为严峻。更多还原

【Abstract】 High added value investment castings,such as turbine blade for aerospace engine,large complex Ti alloy investment casting,near-net forming thin-walled Al alloy parts,industrial gas turbine blade,tubocharge for acr engine,were reviewed.Now,due to facing brilliant developing opportunity at the related frontier at home,investment casting is the first choice for producing the products above mentioned at a possible future,so taking opportunity for investment castings with high added value.However,restriction of some factors,such as existing system,mechanism,management ability from the enterprise and technological bottleneck,would take severe challege.更多还原
