搅拌铸造法制备Al2O3/Al复合材料的微观结构

【摘要】 将微米Al粉、纳米Al2O3颗粒压制成块,将压块加入到Al熔体中,搅拌使纳米Al2O3颗粒弥散分布,制得质量分数为1.0%的Al2O3/Al复合材料。借助扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)观察所制备的铝基复合材料的微观结构。结果表明,采用浸块-搅拌铸造法能使纳米Al2O3颗粒较均匀地分散在Al基体中;复合材料中Al基体与纳米Al2O3颗粒界面处结合良好,具有Al2O3(1014)//Al(200)的晶体位向并形成共格关系。

【Abstract】 Micrometer-sized Al powder and nano-sized Al2O3 particles were compressed into blocks, and then the blocks were added to the Al melt to prepare successfully Nano-Al2O3/Al composites with 1.0 % Al2O3 in volumetric fraction by dip block-stir casting. The microstructure of aluminum matrix composites was observed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that nano-Al2O3 particles are distributed uniformly in the Al matrix by dip block-stirring casting, and the interface of Al matrix and nano-Al2O3 particles in aluminum matrix composites exhibit acceptable bonding. Meanwhile, Al matrix and nano-Al2O3 particles have the Al2O3 (1014)//Al (200) crystal orientation, forming a coherent relationship.
