【摘要】 采用文献资料、质性访谈的方法,对8名已经毕业的体育专业学生的就业状况进行研究。认为:从现有的结构性失业、市场逻辑的视角研究体育专业学生的就业困境问题存在着短视和不足;体育专业就业困境问题普遍存在,已上升为社会问题,其本质凸显为社会身份与结构性的失位;体育专业学生历经高等教育后,却无法进位于预期的社会结构位置;大量成员存在着"预期结构"与"现实结构"的严重身份背离;社会依据各种规范、价值和符号系统对失业的群体进行着经济与准入资质双重歧视的社会身份分层。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the employment difficulties of students majoring in physical education.We interviewed with and analyzed 8graduated students majoring in P.E.by using documents,investigation method and My COS’s survey panel data.The results suggest that:there are short-sightedness and shortcomings in the existing perspective of structural unemployment and market logic for employment difficulties for students majoring in P.E.;employment difficulties for students majoring in P.E.are universal social problems,which are in essence reflected by social identity and structural dislocation:students majoring in P.E.are unable to gain their expected social structure positions after receiving higher education;many students are in a state of serious identity deviation of"expected structure"and"real structure";there is double discrimination stratification in economy and admittance qualification for unemployed groups in the society based on various specifications,value and symbolic systems.更多还原
