基于Keithley源表的太阳电池测试系统设计实现
DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF TESTING SYSTEM FOR SOLAR CELLS BASED ON KEITHLEY SOURCEMETER
【摘要】 采用Keithley 2420数字源表作为测量设备构建太阳电池测试系统,并采用太阳电池的单指数和双指数等效电路模型对测量数据进行拟合,通过拟合可获取大量电池表征参数。实际测试结果表明该系统具有精度高、抗干扰性能好、测试速度快、拟合算法数值稳定性强等优点,适用于硅基太阳电池和染料敏化太阳电池的测试,并可实现对电池性能长期实时监控,这为进一步研究、比较电池性能提供了基础和依据。
【Abstract】 A Keithley 2420 SourceMeter was used to establish a testing system for solar cells and both single index and dual index equivalent circuit model were used to fit the measured data. Many characteristics parameters can be obtained from the data by using the curve fitting technique. The testing results showed that the system has the advantages,such as high precision,anti-jamming,high testing speed and numerical stability. It can be used to test both silicon solar cells and dye-sensitized solar cells and it can carry out long-term real-time testing for solar cells. It provides the basis and foundation for further study of cells.
