伞形风力发电机伞形机构的设计与实验验证
THE DESIGN AND TEST OF UMBRELLA CAPACITY CONTROL MECHANISM
【摘要】 以1kW伞形风力发电机为例,介绍伞形机构的设计计算与实验验证。计算结果表明,该风力发电机所选连杆与撑杆均满足应力要求与稳定性要求;当收缩角为16°时,伞形机构所需推力最大。实验部分分别测试了风轮完全展开和风轮收缩角为30°时的功率输出特性。实验表明,两种状况下实测输出功率与理论预测值基本相符,初步验证伞形机构对功率输出有较好的调节作用。
【Abstract】 The calculation and test of umbrella capacity control system were designed. Calculation result shows that the connecting rod and the stay rod can satisfy the requirements of the stress and stability requirements. Umbrella organization required thrust is the largest When the contract angle is 16°. Experiment part,tested the power output characteristics when the wind turbine fully extended and contraction angle of 30° respectively. Experiment results showed that the measured output power and the theory predicted value are consistent, preliminary proved umbrella organization have a good adjustment function of the power output.
