【摘要】 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地观察法等方法,对临沂市排球项目学校的现状进行调查分析,发现排球项目学校存在地域分布不均衡、学历结构有待提高、接受训练的年龄较大、参加正式比赛的次数太少和训练经费不足等问题。提出了拓宽地域分布格局,增加高质量的排球项目传统学校;完善教练员薪酬制度,改善教练员工作待遇;切实增加经费来源,多渠道增加训练和比赛经费等对策。更多还原
