【摘要】 以近年来竞技体育中突发的"师徒"关系危机事件为基础,对引发"师徒"关系危机事件的原因进行分析。结果表明:导致事件突发是由多方面因素构成的,其中缺乏主动沟通、运动员思想教育的缺失、教练员素养的欠缺都是主要原因;同时认为,在事件发展过程中教练员的作用是不可忽略的,应该从教练员自身进行反思,并结合事件本身提出预防危机的相关对策。更多还原
