This paper,from the perspective of Text Typology,mainly deals with the issue of ESP's features,which covers the scope of lexicon,syntax,stylistics and rhetoric,etc. According to text typology theory,ESP text belongs to the information function text. Its main purpose is to convey information exactly. Usually it is used to introduce science and technology,or explain principles. So it must be concise,accurate,and logical.
