【摘要】 目的探讨CD13表达在代谢综合征(MS)患者中是否发生变化,其与MS及各组分存在怎样的关联,及与心脏结构、功能改变是否相关,及其可能的机制。方法 MS患者47例为研究对象,性别、年龄相匹配的健康人50例为对照组,获取各临床指标,并行超声心动图检查;分离外周血单核细胞(PBMC),Trizol一步法提取细胞总RNA,采用RT-PCR技术检测PBMC CD13的mRNA表达。比较两组的表达是否存在差异,及与临床指标和超声心动图指标是否存在关联;结果与对照组相比,PBMC CD13 mRNA表达在MS患者中无明显差异,但其与收缩压呈独立负相关关系,与腰臀比、二尖瓣Em呈独立正相关关系。结论 CD13对血压及心脏舒张功能有保护作用,但可能是腹型肥胖的危险因素或是标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mRNA expression levels of CD13 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells( PB-MCs)in patients with MS,and relationship with its elements and the changes of structure and function of heart,and to probe into the potential mechanism.Methods:we enrolled 50 patients with MS and 47 healthy people matched with age and sex.Physical,clinical and cardiac ultrasonic parameters were obtained.PBMCs were isolated.Total RNA was extracted using Trizol one-step method.The RT-PCR technique was applied to detect the mRNA expressions of CD13.Statistical analy-ses were performed using the SPSS 13.0 statistical program.Results:Compared with the controlled group,PBMC CD13 mRNA expression in MS group were not changed significantly.But it was significantly correlated negatively with SBP,and positively with waist-hip ratio.Conlusion:CD13 may protect cardiac relaxation function,through its anti-hypertension action;And it may be a marker or risk factor for abdominal obesity更多还原
