教育部科技查新筹建单位网络化查新平台建设

【摘要】 按照教育部科技查新工作站的筹建工作要求,作者就网络化科技查新平台的特点、系统中的业务流程及系统中的人员角色、系统功能模块等内容进行分析,根据已有系统和研究论文的情况介绍了开发工具。进行相关分析的目的是为了准确地定位科技查新业务系统的各项需求,并使之符合评审规范,明晰科技查新业务系统的数据流及其关系,使开发出来的科技查新业务管理系统能适合多校区管理模式,并促进科技查新业务的良性发展和高效运作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preparing to construct sci-tech novelty search workstations of ministry of education, in this paper,the author analyzes the Web-based novelty search operation management system,which includes the features of the system,operation processes and roles in system,and function modules.According to existing systems or papers and with evaluation norms,the author gives some advice about the designing tools.These ideas could help the system develop better,which will be suitable for multi-campus distributed application and promote the service development well and operation efficiently.更多还原
