【Abstract】 The purpose of resource sharing is to share information resource,and then to save the individual library funds. One purpose of the library alliance construction is to realize the resources co-constructing and sharing among libraries. However,in the process of library alliance construction and development,how many library alliances truly realize the resources co-constructing and sharing? This paper reviewed the strategies of library alliance construction and resource sharing achieved. Combined with the development and practice of library alliance construction and resource sharing at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the strategy to achieve resource sharing based on the construction of library consortia under network environment,and puts forward a comprehensive integrated system of 111113 library alliance and resource sharing.更多还原
