【摘要】 通过比较研究国内外图书馆统计运作管理模式,发现国外发达国家在法律、执行机构、实施方式、社会监督等方面有很好的措施来保障统计工作的进行,建议我国图书馆统计工作立足原有体系,建立图书馆专门统计法,完善图书馆法律体系,确定国家图书馆为统计执行机构,通过行政发文形式健全统计机制,建立数据公开、社会机构参与统计的社会监督机制,以有效保障我国图书馆统计数据的全面、真实、连续。更多还原

【Abstract】 By comparing the Chinese and foreign library statistical models,this paper finds that the developed countries ensure the statistical work run well with laws,executing agencies,implementation ways,social supervision and so on. It suggests that Chinese libraries should,based on the original system,establish the specialized statistical methods,perfect the library law system,determine the national library as the statistical actuator,improve the statistical mechanism through administrative documents,build the social supervision mechanism of data public and social organizations involving in statistics,to ensure the comprehensiveness,reality and continuity of statistical data of Chinese libraries.更多还原
