【摘要】 认为高校科研教学活动中用户对于机构知识库自存储的需求真实存在,但对机构知识库不了解、不理解,导致了自存储积极性不高。探讨通过建立以用户需求为导向的机构知识库自存储服务机制,如采取提供一站式数字信息共享空间,建立基于IR的个人科研绩效管理体系,制定富有弹性的自存储政策等措施,来解除科研人员的后顾之忧,提高其自存储积极性,从根本上改变机构知识库资源存储不足的现状,促进我国高校机构知识库的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The users have self-archiving needs for institutional repositories(IR) in the university research,but they dont take part in IR construction enthusiastically because of misunderstandings and worries.This paper discusses that they should develop the user-demand-oriented service system of IR self-archiving,such as providing one-stop digital information sharing space,setting up personal scientific performance management system based on IR,forming the flexible storage policy of self -archiving.It will promote users to trust IR and store their research papers and research data in IR,to improve the situation of insufficient resources storage of IR and promote Chinese universities IR to develop sustainably.更多还原
