【摘要】 介绍和总结华东师范大学连续三年利用h指数对教师科研论著影响力测评的工作,并通过获得的大量数据对h指数与论文被引数量、总被引频次的关系及不同数据源h指数的差异进行实证分析。指出h指数在科研评价过程中存在的问题,并提出基于普赖斯指数的类h指数——hp指数等改进方法及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces scientific research evaluation of East China Normal University in the past three years by h index.Then it empirically analyzes the relationship between h index,cited articles and total cites,and the difference between h-index from different databases.It points out the problems of scientific research evaluation by h-index,and proposes an hp-index based on Price to make up for the deficiency of h-index.更多还原
