超细鳞片石墨制备可膨胀石墨工艺及影响因素
Preparation and influence factors of expandable graphite with ultrafine flake graphite
【摘要】 以325目超细鳞片石墨为原材料,K2Cr2O7为氧化剂,浓H2SO4为插层剂,用化学氧化法制备可膨胀石墨(EG),通过正交试验法筛选出最优配方及工艺条件,即m(石墨)誜V(98%H2SO4)誜m(K2Cr2O7)=1誜3誜0.3,反应温度30℃,反应时间15 min,膨胀容积45 mL/g。制取最大膨胀容积EG的最优工艺条件和石墨粒径有关,用小粒径石墨制备EG比用大粒径石墨制备EG需要的氧化剂的量多,完成插层反应所需的时间短。
【Abstract】 Expandable graphite(EG) was prepared by chemical method using 325 mesh ultra-fine flake graphite as raw material,K2Cr2O7 as oxidant,concentrated H2SO4 as intercalation agent.The process conditions for preparing the EG were optimized by orthogonal tests.The EG with expansion volume(EV) of 45 mL/g could be produced under the optimal conditions with the ratio of m(natural flake graphite):V(98% H2SO4):m(K2Cr2O7) being 1:3:0.3,when reaction temperature was 30 ℃,reaction time was 15 min.It was founded that the optimal process conditions to prepare EG with maximum expansion volume had relations with the graphite particle size.Under the optimal conditions,more quantities of oxidants and shorter reaction time were needed to prepare EG with small particle size flake graphite than that from large particle size flake graphite.
