【Abstract】 From strategic planning perspective,this paper describes the strategic planning practice of characteristic collection on the coal economy and the peninsula economy in Shandong Institute of Business and Technology Library.And four factors influencing strategic planning execution of characteristic collection have been given,which include the degree of strategic transparency;the degree of user participation,the degree of resource guarantee and integration,environmental uncertainty.This paper attempts to provide a theoretical and empirical research that explores characteristic collection for small and medium-sized university library from strategic planning perspective.更多还原
