【摘要】 利用定量分析方法,对海珠区两条街道188位城市低保者进行问卷调查,并结合前期的定性研究,探讨城市低保者的日常生活信息获取行为,包括信息需求、信息获取渠道、难易程度、积极性、影响因素、利用图书馆情况等。建议公共图书馆重视城市低保群体,了解他们的信息行为特点,在与相关机构合作的基础上开展延伸服务、信息素质教育和就业信息服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a questionnaire survey conducted among 188urban low-income residents from Xingang Street and Fengyang Street and other earlier qualitative surveys,this article explores the information seeking behavior of low-income group in every- day life,including information needs,information sources,level of difficulty,enthusiasm,influential factors of information seeking,and libraries using.Finally,it points out that public libraries should place importance on low-income urban residents, find out the characteristics of their information seeking,develop outreach services in cooperation with other organizations,im- prove their information literacy,and provide employment information services for them.更多还原
