【Abstract】 University libraries need to ensure that librarians always have capabilities of providing highquality and forward-looking information services to users, in that way, they must establish the long-term librarian learning mechanism, and then help librarians constantly improve their integrated operational capabilities, in order to adapt the changing information environment and users’ needs. In recent years,based on the active exploring, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library has established the librarian learning mechanism, and improve the learning content constantly, develop learning forms fully, innovate the safeguard mechanism scientifically, in order to provide effective personnel protections to the sustainable development of libraries.更多还原
