【Abstract】 Researchers have data management requirements as followings: keeping to the international scientific research policy practice and national data management legal framework,the data management plan requirement of the funding agency,the primary research data sharing provision in academic publishing,the custodial responsibility of research data,and so on.Although librarians have professional advantages such as the metadata standard and information description,the information organization and information retrieval and the protection of intellectual property rights,it also requires the literacy training of the digital monitoring based on the data quality process control.更多还原
