【摘要】 儿童代表未来。加强儿童教育、培养和服务,是关系到党和国家事业兴旺发达的重大战略性任务。在建设文化强国,构建公共文化服务体系的今天,研究儿童优先与公共图书馆服务问题意义重大。
【Abstract】 Children represent the future.To strengthen education,training and services for children is the major strategic task related to the prosperity of our Party and country.The study of children first issue is of important meaning in the construction of Cultural Power and public culture service system.
