脱磷铁水-110t AOD-LF-CC-热轧流程304不锈钢中夹杂物的演变

【摘要】 通过扫描电镜、能谱仪和电解分析研究了在110 t AOD-LF-中间包-160 mm板坯-连铸-热轧板卷生产过程304不锈钢(/%:0.03~0.04C、0.39~0.41Si、1.20~1.23Mn、0.014~0.016P、0.001~0.002S、7.95~8.00Ni、18.06~18.20Cr、0.003~0.004Al、0~0.002Ti)中夹杂物类型、形貌和成分。结果表明,在每一生产阶段都出现5~10μm球形SiO2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3型夹杂,同时在AOD出钢过程产生20μm MnO-Cr2O3型夹杂,LF过程去除一部分MnO-Cr2O3夹杂,中间包和正常浇铸的铸坯中很少出现;但两炉连浇的铸坯易出现MnO-Cr2O3夹杂,热轧板中MnO-Cr2O3夹杂尺寸≤5μm。电解分析结果表明,两炉连浇铸坯中夹杂物数量(4.65 mg/10 kg)比正常浇铸的铸坯(3.08 mg/10 kg)增加了51%。

【Abstract】 Type,morphology and ingredient of inclusions in stainless steel 304(/%:0.03~0.04C,0.39~0.41Si, 1.20~1.23Mn,0.014~0.016P,0.001~0.002S,7.95~8.00Ni,18.06~18.20Cr,0.003~0.004Al,0~0.002Ti) during 110 t AOD-LF-tundish-160 mm slab casting-hot rolling strip coil process have been studied by SEM,energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer and analysis by electrolysis.Results show that the 5-10μm spheroidal SiO2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3 type inclusions occur in each steelmaking process,while the 20μm MnO-Cr2O3 inclusions form in tapping process of AOD,part of which is removed in LF refining process,and they less occur in liquid in tundish and in normal casting slab,but the MnO-Cr2O3 inclusions easily occur in two heats sequence-casting slab,the size of MnO-Cr2O3 inclusion in hot-rolled strip coil is≤5μm.Electrolytic analysis results show that the inclusion amount in two heats sequence-casting slab(4.65 mg/ 10 kg)increases by 51%as compared with that in normal casting slab(3.08 mg/10 kg).
