大麻对重金属污染土壤的植物修复能力研究
A Study on Phytoremediation of Cannabis sativa L.in Heavy Metals Polluted Soil
【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,比较四种大麻对重金属Pb、Zn、Cd的耐性及富集能力,并评价螯合剂对富集效果的强化作用。结果表明,低水平Pb、Zn、Cd处理对大麻株高及干物质积累有轻微的促进作用,而在高水平Pb、Zn、Cd处理下,四种大麻的生长受到不同程度抑制,对ym2影响最小,ym164影响最大。添加螯合剂后提高了四种大麻对Pb、Zn、Cd的吸收,但随着螯合剂浓度的增加效果降低。四种大麻对重金属的耐性及富集能力为ym2>ym108>ym1>ym164。实验表明,大麻具有修复重金属Pb、Zn、Cd污染土壤的潜力。
【Abstract】 A pot experiment was conducted to study the tolerance and accumulation abilities of four different hemp varieties under different application rates of Pb,Zn and Cd,and the enrichment effect of chelator was also evaluated.The results indicated that low concentrations of Pb,Zn and Cd could increase the plant height and dry weight of hemp to some extent,and high concentrations of Pb,Zn and Cd restrained the growth of hemp to different levels,with the lowest inhibition on treatment of ym2 and the highest for ym164.Chelator addition to soil significantly increased the Pb,Zn and Cd adsorption in hemp.However,the effect of chelator decreased gradually as the concentration of chelator increased.The tolerance and accumulation abilities of four hemp varieties decreased in the order of ym2,ym108,ym1 and ym164.This study implied that Cannabis sativa L.is a promising crop to be used for phytoremediation of Pb,Zn and Cd contaminated soil.
