不同条件下无机酸和中性盐对褐煤的活化效果
RActivation Effects of Mineral Acid and Neutral Salt on Lignite in Different Conditions
【摘要】 为提高褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量,改善褐煤在农业中的应用效果,研究了无机酸和中性盐在不同浓度、温度和活化时间下对褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量的影响。结果表明,无机酸(硫酸)和中性盐(硫酸铵)作为活化剂都能够提高褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量,在一定的活化剂浓度范围内随活化剂浓度增加、活化温度提高和活化时间的延长,褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量有增加的趋势。硫酸和硫酸铵较为理想的活化条件是:活化温度40℃、活化时间10 d、活化剂浓度分别为10%和18%。无机酸和中性盐相比,无机酸的活化效果优于中性盐。
【Abstract】 In order to increase the contents of water-soluble humic acid in lignite and improve lignite’s application effect in agriculture,the effects of mineral acid and neutral salt on the contents of water-soluble humic acid in different concentration,temperature and activation time in lignite are studied.The results show,as activating agent,mineral acid(sulfuric acid) and neutral salt(ammonium sulfate) can both increase the contents of water-soluble humic acid in lignite.As activator concentration and activation temperature increase,as well as the extension of activate time,in certain activator concentration range,the contents of water-soluble humic acid in lignite show an increasing trend.The ideal activating conditions of sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate include: activation temperature is 40 ℃,activate time is 10 d,activator concentrations of sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate are 10% and 18%,respectively.Compared to neutral salt,mineral acid activating effect is better.
