电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定土壤中多种元素含量的研究
Study on simultaneous determination of multiple elements in soil with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
【摘要】 采用微波消解土壤样品,建立了利用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术同时测定土壤中铍(Be)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、镍(Ni)、钴(Co)、钡(Ba)、钼(Mo)、钒(V)、钍(Th)、铀(U)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)、锶(Sr)、钪(Sc)、镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)、钐(Sm)、铕(Eu)、钆(Gd)、铽(Tb)、镝(Dy)、钬(Ho)、铒(Er)、铥(Tm)、镱(Yb)、镥(Lu)、钇(Y)36种元素的分析方法。方法检出限为0.002 9~0.87μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.94%~6.02%,回收率为95.2%~106%。通过土壤标准物质(GBW07427)及回收率试验的验证,该方法具有准确、快速、灵敏度高等特点,适合于土壤中36种元素的同时测定。
【Abstract】 A method was established for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in soil,such as Be,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni,Co,Ba,Mo,V,Th,U,Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Sr,Sc,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu and Y.Samples were digested with microwave digestion system and measured with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The detection limits of thirty six elements ranged from 0.002 9 to 0.87μg / L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged from 0.94% to 6.02% and recoveries ranged from 95.2 % to 106%.According to the recoveries of standard addition of each element and the certified values of the national soil standard(GBW07427).This method is accurate,rapid and sensitive.It can be used for simultaneous determination of thirty six elements in soil.
