【摘要】 采用分光光度法对6个银杏新品种的总黄酮和总内酯含量进行测定。其标准曲线回归方程分别为:y=0.0269x-0.0007,R^2=0.9975;y=0.0007x+0.0012,R^2=0.9917,经F检验,各品种间存在极显著差异。通过对各品种综合评价,初步选定玉帘作为银杏叶用优良新品种。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of flavanone and lactone in leaf were measured by spectrophotometric method,and their standard curve regression equation are y=0.0269x-0.0007,R^2=0.9975 and y=0.0007x+0.0012,R^2=0.9917.By the F test,Based on the comprehensive evaluation of different varieties,we selected Yulian as the fine leaf-using variety of Ginkgo biloba.更多还原
