毛叶巴豆的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from Croton caudatus var. tomentosus
【摘要】 从毛叶巴豆(Croton caudatus var.tomentosus)75%丙酮水提取物中分离得到14个化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为浙贝素(zheberiesinol,1),松脂素(pinoresinol,2),5-甲氧基-(-)松脂素(medioresinol,3),丁香脂素(syringaresinol,4),ficusesquilignan A(5),buddlenol D(6),4-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-1-tetralone(7),(3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(8),香草醛(vanillin,9),异香草醛(isovanillin,10),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol,11),对羟基苯乙醇(p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol,12),对羟基苯甲醛(phydroxybenzaldehyde,13)和3,4,5-三羟基-苯甲醛(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde,14)。其中化合物5~8和10~14为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Fourteen compounds were isolated from the 75% acetone-water extract of the stems of Croton caudatus var. tomentosus. Their structures were identified as zheberiesinol( 1),pinoresinol( 2),medioresinol( 3),syringaresinol( 4), ficusesquilignan A( 5),buddlenol D( 6),4-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-1-tetralone( 7),( 3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one( 8),vanillin( 9),isovanillin( 10),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol( 11),p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol( 12),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde( 13),and 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde( 14),respectively,on the basis of phytochemical and spectroscopic evidences. Compounds 5-8 and 10-14 were isolated from the genus Croton for the first time.
