竹节参总皂苷抑制急性低压缺氧大鼠脑和心肌损伤的形态学观察
The Morphological Observation of Panax japonicus Total Saponins Inhibit Acute Hypobaric Hypoxia Injury on Rats’ Brain and Myocardial
【摘要】 在模拟海拔8000米高空的急性低压缺氧条件下,研究了竹节参总皂苷对Wistar大鼠的脑、心肌组织和细胞损伤的预防效果。实验结果表明未给药的阴性对照组Wistar大鼠的脑和心肌组织以及细胞均遭到了严重损伤。而竹节参总皂苷和红景天提取物给药组的Wistar大鼠,其脑和心肌组织以及细胞的损伤程度明显减轻。其中竹节参总皂苷给药组的效果最明显。
【Abstract】 In the simulated conditions of acute hypobaric hypoxia altitude of 8000 meters,the effective prevention of Panax japonicus total saponins(PJTS) to Wistar rats’ brain,myocardial tissues and cell damage were investigated.The experimental results showed that the negative control group which was out of treatment,cerebral,myocardial tissues and cells of Wistar rats suffered serious injury;while the Wistar rats group with Panax japonicus total saponins and Rhodiola rosea extracts treated,their brain,myocardial tissue and cell’s damage had significantly reduced.The group with best effect was treated by Panax japonicus total saponin.
