【Abstract】 Information fluency is one of the quality of citizens in 21st century,and is one of the goals of education.It′s no accident,but has a profound historical background and a solid theoretical foundation.The paper do an in-depth investigation and analysis on its times background and its theoretical background of information fluency,and research information fluency with the concept of development and extension of the connotation,summed up its competency standards,in order to make preliminary preparations to further explore the mode of information fluency education.更多还原
