对建立大学生学习援助机制的几点思考
Reflections on the Learning Assistance Mechanism for Undergraduates
【摘要】 高校大学生学习指导在理论研究与实践探索多年的基础上应加以完善,在学校全面推动。转变观念,以先进科学的质量观、教学观、师生观、学习观武装全体师生的头脑。从制度和组织层面引导全员参与,领导重视,制度保障,设立专职指导机构,聘请专兼职指导人员,开展培训,明确课程主讲教师是本科生学习指导的主要实施者,发挥教师和学生自身的作用,将学科(局部)学习指导与全面(综合)学习指导相结合,营造良好的学习环境,构建高校学习指导系统,全面开展学习素质教育,培养高素质的人才。
【Abstract】 With many years’ theoretical research and practical exploration,learning guidance for undergraduates should be improved so that it could be widely promoted in universities.To achieve this goal,firstly,we must change our ideas,and arm all the staff and students with advanced and scientific outlook of quality,teaching,study,teachers and students,etc.Secondarily,we should create conditions institutionally and organizationally for all the staff and students to participate the activity,attract the attention of leaders to it,and meanwhile make an institutional assurance for it.Thirdly,we should establish professional guidance agencies and employ full-time and part-time guiders to train our students.During the training,we should make it clear that the chief course teachers(guiders) are the main performers of learning guidance for undergraduates,and both the teachers(guiders) and the students could develop their own selfvalue in high limit.If so,it will be easy for us to combinate subject(local) and overall(comprehensive) learning guidance,create a favorable learning atmosphere,build a learning guidance system in universities,establish an effective learning assistance mechanism,and carry out the quality education comprehensively,in order to cultivate high-quality talents.
