【摘要】 为控制拖拉机橡胶件内在质量,需要对橡胶件拉伸性能进行检测。参照相关国家标准,多数橡胶件无法裁取传统生产检测中所采用的1型试样,笔者在同一块橡胶试片上对1型和4型试样的拉伸性能进行了对比试验,结果表明,采用4型试样也可以满足对橡胶件拉伸性能的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to control the inner quality of tractor rubber pieces,we need to make a testing in rubber tensile properties.With reference to relevant national standards,most of the rubber parts can’t crop type 1 sample using in the traditional production and testing.The paper carries out the contrast experiment of tensile properties in the same piece of rubber specimens for type 1 and type 4 samples.The results show that using type 4 sample can also meet the quality control of the rubber tensile properties.更多还原
