HDI三聚体的合成工艺研究

【摘要】 在氮气的保护下,采用本体聚合的方法,以自制的季铵碱Z-0710作为催化剂,控制催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间等条件,合成六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体固化剂。用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)跟踪反应进程,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了HDI异氰脲酸酯的结构,研究了其合成工艺条件。实验结果表明:该季铵碱催化剂具有较高的活性。在70℃下,滴加0.5%的催化剂,反应2 h得到的三聚体的含量最多。

【Abstract】 A self-made quaternary ammonium base catalyst Z-0710 was used in synthesis of polyurethane curing agent HDI trimer. Under the purge of the nitrogen,the HDI trimer was synthesized by bulk polymerization process with dropping incorporation of catalyst into HDI at controlled conditions like the amount of catalyst,temperature and time. Gel permeation chromatography( GPC) was used to follow the changes of the reaction and FTIR was used to comfirm the structure of HDI isocyanurates. And the synthetic conditions were discussed. The results indicated that this catalyst showed a high catalytic activity. The HDI isocyanurates with highest percentage of HDI trimers could be obtain at 70℃ for 2 hours with catalyst 0. 5%.
