【摘要】 在分析中原油田地质特点及前期套管使用情况的基础上,设计了中原油田盐层段用TP155钢级特殊规格石油套管。通过控制屈服强度、残余应力及几何尺寸等影响套管抗挤毁性能的因素,在大幅度减少套管壁厚的情况下,确保了超高的抗挤毁强度。检验结果表明,生产的TP155V套管各项性能指标能够满足设计要求,套管尺寸精度高,残余应力低,抗挤毁性能高,能够完全满足中原油田盐层段使用要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing its geological characteristics and earlier application,TP155 grade oil casing with special specification for salt bed section application at Zhongyuan Oil Field was designed and developed.The ultra-high anti-collapse strength of oil casing is ensured under the conditions of substantial pipe wall thickness reduction through control over anti-collapse property influencing factors of yielding strength,residual stress and geometric dimension.Inspection results showed the produced TP155V oil casing met design requirement in all property parameters and fully satisfied the application requirement of salt bed section at Zhongyuan Oil Field with high dimension precision,low residual stress and high anti-collapse properties.更多还原
