【摘要】 目的总结气管肿瘤手术麻醉诱导插管的临床经验。方法回顾分析2011-2013年本院收治的15例气管肿瘤的麻醉诱导经验。结果本组病例气管上段肿瘤7例,气管中段肿瘤3例,气管下段肿瘤5例,13例采用快速诱导插管,2例采用清醒插管,分别使用气管内导管,左侧双腔导管,气管内导管+Coopdech支气管封堵器等进行麻醉诱导插管,手术顺利进行,无不良事件发生。结论气管肿瘤的麻醉诱导具有特殊性,不同部位的气管肿瘤需要结合病人情况及手术方式采取不同的插管方法,才能进行安全有效的麻醉诱导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience of anesthesia induction and intubation on tracheal tumor surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the anesthesia induction and intubation experience of 15 patients with tracheal tumor admitted in our hospital from year of 2011 to 2013. Results There were 7 cases of upper tracheal tumors,3 cases of middle tracheal tumors and 5 cases of lower tracheal tumors,in which 13 cases adopted rapid sequence induction and intubation and 2 cases adopted awake intubation. We used endotracheal tube,left-side double lumen tube( DLT) and endotracheal tube with Coopdech bronchial blocker to proceed anesthesia intubation. The operations were successful and no adverse event occured. Conclusion The anesthesia induction of tracheal tumor has particularity. The operation of different parts of tracheal tumor need to apply with different approach of anesthesia induction and intubation according to different situation of patients,and thus the induction can be effective and safe.更多还原
