【摘要】 教育公平与社会福利之间存在着密切关系。在英国,它通过学校膳食服务得到体现。英国学校膳食服务制度起源于社会民主运动,兴盛于福利国家建立,困顿于新自由主义经济政策,并在市场与民主的夹缝中不断摸索前行。协调好政府及市场的关系,是落实有关社会福利制度、推动教育公平的关键要素之一。英国在这方面的经验可供我国借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a close relationship between education equity and social welfare,reflected through the school catering services in the UK.British school meals service system originated from the social democratic movement,thrived during the establishment of welfare state,was stuck in Neoliberal economic policies,and groped forward continuously in the margin between market and democracy.One of the key elements for carrying out the relevant social welfare and promoting education fair is to coordinate the relationship between the government and the market.Relevant experiences of UK in the field may be for reference in our country.更多还原
