【摘要】 采用6种不同配方的固体培养基对蛹虫草菌株的菌丝体进行培养,以菌种初萌发时间、菌丝长速、菌丝长势、菌丝长满斜面所需时间为指标,筛选出蛹虫草母种最佳培养基。结果表明:母种培养基的最佳配方为:20%马铃薯提取液中加入1%葡萄糖、1%蛋白胨、2%琼脂、0.5%KH2PO4、0.3%MgSO4、VB1(10 mg·L-1),pH值5.8。在该培养基上,菌种的初萌发时间最短,为2 d;菌丝长速最快,为6.3 mm·d-1;长势最强;菌丝满管时间最短,为10 d。更多还原

【Abstract】 To optimize the mother seed medium of Cordyceps militaris,the mycelium of Cordyceps militaris were cultured in the solid medium of six different formulations.Mycelial germination time,the rate of mycelium,mycelium growing,the time of mycelium covered with bevel being a index to choose the most suitable mother medium for Cordyceps militaris.The results showed that the optimum mother seed medium was 20% potato extract in 1% glucose,1% peptone,2% agar,0.5% KH2PO4,0.3% MgSO4,VB1(10 mg·L-1),pH5.8.In the medium,mycelial germinated shortest time,mycelia grew fastest,grew best mycelial,fulled pipe the shortest time.更多还原
