【摘要】 在对首批"新农保"试点之一河北涉县进行实地调查的基础上,总结分析了涉县新农保的实施现状及存在的问题。研究发现,涉县新农保工作在稳步有序推进的同时,存在了宣传不全面、养老金保障水平低、缺乏激励机制、网络办公范围有限等问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强政策宣传、增加激励机制、加大投入,扩大网络办公范围从而提高办公效率的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyzed the implementation and the existing problems of the New Rural Pension System(NRPS) in She county Hebei province based on the field survey in She county. The results showed that NRPS ran well in She county. However, there were also some problems such as incomprehensive propaganda, low level of pension, lack of incentives, limited range of network office. To solve these problems and improve efficiency, the local government should strengthen policy propaganda, increase incentives and increase investment to expand the scope of the network office.更多还原
