【摘要】 利用问卷调查,以上海市少儿住院互助基金参保为例,分析少儿医疗保险参保行为的影响因素。利用单因素方差分析和Logistic回归进行定量分析,结果表明:年龄、户籍、家庭收入、父亲学历、对制度知晓程度、对收费价格认可程度、居民医疗保险参保状态7项因素对少儿参保有显著性影响。为进一步提高少儿的参保率,相关部门需要进一步完善缴费方式并延长缴费期,更加关注低收入和外来群体并切实提高制度宣传的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the factors affecting children’s participation in the Shanghai children’s hospitalization assistance fund by using questionnaires.Single-factor and Logistic regression results showed that age,domicile,the family’s average monthly income,on the knowledge level of the system,to charge prices approved level,the status of Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance retains significant influence factors on children’s participation.In order to improve the participation rate of children,we should increase the effectiveness of advocacy,improvement of the system mode of payment and to help disadvantaged and in particular foreign groups without residence permits.更多还原
