【摘要】 目的探索血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶（GGT）与踝臂脉搏波传导速率（BaPWV）的关系。方法连续入选符合要求的参与两合作医院健康体检女性1137例,收集基本情况、生化资料和检测资料包括BaPWV、血糖、血脂等心血管疾病相关指标。结果 BaPWV随着GGT增大有增高趋势,相关系数r=0.264（p<0.001）。以高BaPWV为因变量,在逐步logsitic回归中,GGT浓度进入模型（OR=1.0l,95%CI:1.002¹.065）;GGT依四分位法由低到高分为四组（Q₁^Q₄）,在调整其他因素后,以Q₁为参考组,Q₂^Q₄的相对危险度（OR）分别为1.09（95%以CI:0.64¹.86）、1.18（95%CI:0.69².01）、1.74（95%CI:1.02-2.96）。结论血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶浓度与踝臂脉搏波传导速率独立相关,提示血清y-谷氨酰转移酶浓度可能是辅助诊断动脉硬化的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between Gamma-glutamyltransferase（GGT）and arterial stiffness measured by brachial ankle pulse wave velocity（BaPWV） in Chinese females.Methods A cross-sectional study was designed;the questionnaire,physical examination,BaPWV and blood tests were investigated among 1137 females who participated in a routine health check up in Shanghai urban area.Results The increment of BaPWV was associated with the quartile of GGT with a correlation coefficient of 0.264（P<0.001）.Stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that age,systolic BP,total triglyceride,GGT were correlated with the BaPWV.After age,systolic BP,total triglyceride,diabetes and other variables controlled,compared to the first quartile the odds ratio of 2^nd-4^thquartile of GGT was 1.09（95%CI;0.64-1.86）,1.18（95%CI:0.69-2.01）,1.74（95%CI:1.02-2.96）,respectively.Conclusion Serum GGT level is independently associated with BaPWV in Chinese females,which may be used as an additional marker for arterial stiffness.更多还原
