【Abstract】 There were some misunderstandings to our national workers’cultural construction in the aspect of concept.There were other problems,namely to avoid the heavy and to dwell on the trivial in conduct,barriers in the system,imperfect system of regulation,lack of depth and extent of running an activity,the administrators’ lower quality,lack of funds and so on.In the future we should improve the system for worker’s cultural construction,increase the funds,pay attention to quantization,and construct a stimulating and restricting system and so on.更多还原
