【摘要】 目的:探讨临床护理路径在耳鼻喉科中的实施效果。方法:选取1 108例鼻窦炎鼻息肉、声带息肉或囊肿、慢性化脓性中耳炎患者为路径组,实施临床护理路径;969例未实施临床路径患者为对照组,实施常规护理,对两组患者的住院天数、总住院费用、患者的满意率和术后并发症进行比较分析。结果:路径组住院天数比对照组的缩短,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00),但总住院费用两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患者满意率及术后并发症无明显改变。结论:临床护理路径缩短了耳鼻喉科患者的总住院天数,降低住院费,提高了工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the applied effect of clinical pathway of nursing in otorhinolaryngologic diseases in our hospital.Methods:1108cases which adopted clinical pathway of nursing with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,vocal cord polyps or cyst and chronic purulent otitis media and were included in the test group,accordingly,969patients with the same diseases who didn’t adopt clinical pathway of nursing were included in the control group.The hospitalization days,expenses,satisfaction of the patients and complications of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The hospitalization day of the test group was obvious less than that of the control group.However,there were no statistical difference in the hospitalization expenses and satisfaction of the patients and complications(P>0.05)between two groups.Conclusion:Application of clinical pathway of nursing can contribute to reduce the hospitalization days,medical expense of otorhinolaryngologic patients,and improve work efficiency of nursing.更多还原
